YESSIREE,
IT'S LINDA SCOTT!

Linda Scott was a natural! In 1959, aged just 14, she won a regular spot on Arthur Godfrey's radio show and only one year later made her recording debut under the name of Linda Sampson.

Shortly afterwards, she changed her name to Scott and hit the big time with the 1961 million-seller, I've Told Every Little Star. More hits followed - Bermuda, Yessiree and Count Ever Little Star - as well as a guest appearance in the Chubby Checker movie, Don't Knock the Twist.

As the sixties progressed, Linda continued to record successfully. She also co-hosted Where the Action Is in 1965, a popular tv rock show.

But despite her enormous talent and success, Linda Scott soon left the industry. Her last recording was They Don't Know You, in 1968.
